Dünyamızı, doğmalarımızı, sağlamlığımızı Qoruyaq!
Yeni minillikdə təbiətin qorunması, flora və faunanın, ətraf mühitin, təbii ehtiyatların mühafizəsi və bərpası hər zaman öz aktuallığını qoruyur. Ekoloji tarazlığın qorunub saxlanması, təbii ehtiyatlardan rasional istifadə, su, torpaq və atmosfer havasının çirklənmədən mühafizə edilməsi ümumbəşəri problemə çevrilmişdir. Bizi əhatə edən təbiəti, ətraf mühiti, təbii ehtiyatları qorumaqla gələcək nəsillərə ötürə bilərik.
Ona görə də bu məsələ ölkədə davamlı inkişaf konsepsiyasının tərkib hissəsinə çevrilib. Ekoloji təhlükəsizliyin təmin olunması üçün ətraf mühitin çirklənməsinin minimuma endirilməsi, mühafizəsinin təkmilləşdirilməsi ekoloji siyasətinin əsas istiqamətlərindən biridir. Təbiətin qorunması, flora və faunanın, ətraf mühitin, təbii ehtiyatların mühafizəsi və bərpası hər zaman öz aktuallığını qoruyur. Beynəlxalq Ekoenergetika Akademiyası elmi–tədqiqat və innovasiya yönümlü qurum olmaqla əsasən alternativ enerji, ekologiya və dayanıqlı inkişaf sahələrində fəaliyyət göstərir. Akademiya həm elmi, həm də ictimai səviyyədə ekoenergetika sahəsinin inkişafına ciddi töhfə verən nüfuzlu qurumlardan biridir.
Beynəlxalq Ekoenergetika Akademiyasınin prezdenti, texnika elmləri doktoru, pofessor Fərhad Əliyevin 30 iyun 2026-cı il tarixli əmri ilə Beynəlxalq Ekoenergetika Akademiyasının Gəncə bölməsi yaradılmışdır. Gəncə Dövlət Universitetinin “Ekologiya və təbiətin mühafizəsi” kafedrasının müdiri, biologiya elmləri doktoru, pofessor Sevda Əhmədova bölmənin sədri, Azərbaycan-Dövlət Aqrar Universiteti “Ekologiya“ kafedrasının müdiri, aqrar elmləri üzrə elmlər doktoru, professor Nizami Seyidəliyev bölmənin sədr müavini təyin olunmuşlar.
Beynəlxalq Ekoenergetika Akademiyası və Azərbaycan Memarlıq və İnşaat Universitetinin bırgə təşkilatçılığı ilə “Yaşıl Enerji, Enerji Effertivliyi və İqlim Dəyişikliklərinin Məlumat Bazası” mövzusunda 30 iyun 2026-cı il tarixdə keçirilən Elmi Konfransda BEA-nın Elmi müşaviri, texnika elmləri doktoru, Oksford Akademiyasının professoru Fəqan Əliyev cıxışında qeyd etmişdir ki, binaların enerji, idarəetmə və nəzarət sisteminin problemləri, inkişaf və alternativ enerji texnologiyasının həyata keçirilməsi sahəsində aparılan tədqiqatların 1990-cı ildə “Günəş“ və 1994-cü ildə Beynəlxalq Ekoenergetika Akademiyasının fəaliyyəti sayəsində əldə olunmuşdur. Binalarda səmərəli enerji və bərpa olunan enerji texnologiyaları, ətraf mühitin risk qiymətləndirilməsi və radiasiya təhlükəsizliyi və s. tətbiqi məsələləri daim diqqətdə saxlanılmışdır. Bu istiqamətdə BEA-nın xətti ilə Amerika Birləşmiş Ştatları, Böyük Britaniya, Fransa, Finlandiya, Türkiyə, İran, Rusiya, Pakistan və başqa MDB ölkələrində konfranslar keçirilmişdir. Azərbaycan və xarici alimlərin iştirakı ilə 15 Beynəlxalq Bakı Konqresi təşkil edilmişdir.
İndi yaşıl enerji, bərpa olunan enerji, alternativ enerji kimi ifadələrə rast gəlinir, başqa sözlə bərpa olunan enerji ifadəsi işlədilir. Elmi işlərimdə şəhərsalmada, memarlıqda, bina tikintisində, inşaat materiallarında günəş enerjisinin rolu göstərilmişdir. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti cənab İlham Əliyevin işğaldan azad edilmiş ərazilərlə bağlı müəyyən etdiyi iqtisadi inkişaf kursunda bu ərazilərin “yaşıl enerji" zonasına çevrilməsi əsas istiqamətlərdən biri hesab olunur. Yaşıl Enerji Zonasının yaradılması çərçivəsində işğaldan azad edilmiş ərazilərdə bərpa olunan enerji mənbələrindən elektrik enerjisi istehsalı, enerji səmərəliliyi tədbirləri, elektrik nəqliyyat vasitələrindən istifadə, tikililərin damlarında bərpa olunan enerji qurğularının (xüsusən günəş panellərinin) qurulması, həmçinin küçələrin və yolların işıqlandırılmasında günəş enerjisi əsaslı LED lampalardan istifadə, istilik, soyutma və isti su təchizatında bərpa olunan enerji texnologiyalarından istifadə, ağıllı enerji idarəetmə texnologiyalarıının tətbiqi nəzərdə tutulur.
Qarabağda yaşıl enerji zonasının və eləcə də bərpa olunan enerjidən istifadə potensialı çox böyükdür. Orada hər cür imkanlar mövcuddur; günəş, külək, biokütlə, bioqaz, kiçik çaylar kimi bütün imkanlar var. Bu barədə bir neçə silsilə layihələr işlənmişdır. Qarabağda günəş enerjisindən istifadənin diaqramları da artıq qurulub. Laçın, Şuşa, Ağdam və Kəlbəcərdə günəşdən necə istifadə etmək, kiçik çaylardan necə istifadə edib su elektrik stansiyaları qurmaqla bağlı layihələr öz icrasını gözləyir. Dünyada tullantı əmsalı hədsiz şəkildə çoxalmaqdadır. Problemin həlli üçün memarlıq və inşaat elmində, inşaat fizikasının riyazi modeli və kriteriyalarına əməl olunası zamanın diktəsidir. Bunun üçün dövlət əhəmiyyətli sosial, elmi layhələrdən istifadə edilməlidir. Beynəlxalq Ekoenergetika Akademiyası ölkəmizdə yaşıl enerji siyasətinin elmi əsaslarının formalaşmasına, ekoloji problemlərin həllinə yönəlmiş innovativ yanaşmalar təqdim edir, enerji təhlükəsizliyi və davamlı inkişaf sahəsində mühüm elmi platforma rolunu oynayır.
Konfransda Memarlıq və İnşaat Universitetinin 2-ci korpusunun “Fiziki modeli, Nasa+Metanol proqramı” mövzusunda BEA-nın prezdenti, texnika elmləri doktoru, pofessor Fərhad Əliyev, FHN TTNDA “Azərdövlətlayihə” Dövlət Baş Layihə İnstitutunun səhərsalma şöbəsinin aparıcı memarı, Azərbaycan Memarlar və Rəssamlar İttifaqının üzvü, UNESGO Beynəlxalq İncəsənət Assosiasiyasının üzvü, Prezdent təqaüdçüsü, BEA-nın doktorantı İsmayıl Hacıyev birgə layihələrini təqdim etmişlər. Layihə ilk dəfə Memarlıq və İnşaat Universitetinin 2-ci korpusunda yaşıl enerjinin tətbiqinə imkan verəcəkdir.
Konfrasda Londonda Coventry Unuversty baklavr və magistr təhsili almış, BEA-nın doktorantı Cəlal Dadaşovun “Xəzər-Yaxın Sərq Yaşıl Hidrogen Dəhlizləri:Sistem Səmərəliliyinin Qiymətləndirilməsi” mövzusunda çıxışı konfrans iştirakçıları tərəfindən maraqla qarşılanmışdır.

Sevda Əhmədova, Gəncə Dövlət Universiteti Botanika kafedrasının professoru, b.e.d Aynur Bayramova, Azərbaycan-Dövlət Aqrar Universiteti, Ekologiya kafedrasının müdiri, a.e.d prof. Nizami Seyidəliyev, Bakı Dövlət Universiteti Biologiya fakültəsinin dekanı,b.e.d prof. Əməkdar müəllim Afət Məmmədova, Bakı Dövlət Universiteti, Biologiya fakültəsi, Botanika kafedrasının, dosent b.e.d. Humirə Hüseynova, Ekologiya təhsil departamentinin rəisi, "EkoSfera" Ekoloji-Sosial Mərkəzi” İctimai Birliyinin sədri Firuzə Sultanzadə Beynəlxalq Ekoenergetia Akademiyasının Diplomu il təltif olunmuşlar.
Konfransda Azərbaycan Memarlıq və İnşaat Universitetinin rektor müşaviri, Respublikanın Əməkdar elm xadimi, professor, Humboldt mükafatcısı Məsud Əfəndiyev, ”Alternativ Psixologiya" elminin müəllifi, Tibbi biologiya elmləri doktoru, Oksford Birləşmiş Akademiyasının akademiki, Depatament rəhbəri, BEA-nın “Tibbi biologiya və Ekologiya” Departamentinin direktoru Yaşar Saday oğlu İbadov iştirak etmişlər.
Biz təbiətin kiçik bir parçasıyıq. Bizim yaşayışımız da, sağlamlığımız da təbiətlə bağlıdır. Dünyamızın sabahı və gələcəyi biz insanlarla bizi əhatə edən təbiətin vəhdətindən və bu vəhdətin əzəli və əbədi tarazlığından asılıdır. Bu tarazlıq pozularsa nələr baş verdiyini düşünmək gərəkdir. Ona görə də biz insanlar təbiətə qayğı və məhəbbətlə yanaşmalı, planetimizin bitki örtüyünü - onun florasını və canlılar aləmini - onun faunasını qorumalıyıq. Təbiət həm də bizim həyatımızı zinətləndirir. O, bizə böyük sevinc bəxş edir. Yer kürəsində ekoloji tarazlığın pozulması ilə əlaqədar baş verən fəlakətin aradan qaldıırılması məqsədi ilə kainatın ən xeyirxah insanlarını birgə fəaliyyətə səsləyirik!
Green Energy – A Healthy Ecological Environment
Let Us Protect Our Planet, Our Loved Ones, and Our Health!
In the new millennium, the protection of nature, flora and fauna, the environment, and natural resources continues to be one of humanity's most important priorities. Preserving ecological balance, ensuring the rational use of natural resources, and protecting water, soil, and atmospheric air from pollution have become global challenges. Only by safeguarding nature, the environment, and our natural wealth can we preserve them for future generations.
For this reason, environmental protection has become an integral component of the country's sustainable development strategy. Reducing environmental pollution to a minimum, improving environmental protection mechanisms, and ensuring ecological security constitute the principal directions of modern environmental policy. Consequently, the conservation and restoration of nature, biodiversity, and natural resources remain among the highest priorities.
The International Ecoenergy Academy (IEA) is a scientific research and innovation-oriented institution whose activities primarily focus on alternative energy, ecology, environmental protection, and sustainable development. Through its scientific achievements and public initiatives, the Academy has become one of the leading organizations contributing to the advancement of ecoenergy at both national and international levels.
By the Order of Professor Farhad Aliyev, Doctor of Technical Sciences and President of the International Ecoenergy Academy, dated 30 June 2026, the Ganja Branch of the International Ecoenergy Academy was officially established.
According to this order:
- Professor Sevda Ahmadova, Doctor of Biological Sciences and Head of the Department of Ecology and Nature Protection at Ganja State University, was appointed Chairperson of the Ganja Branch.
- Professor Nizami Seyidaliyev, Doctor of Agrarian Sciences and Head of the Department of Ecology at Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, was appointed Deputy Chairperson.
During his keynote address, Professor Fagan Aliyev, Scientific Advisor of the International Ecoenergy Academy, Doctor of Technical Sciences, and Professor of the Oxford Academy, emphasized that the Academy's long-standing scientific activities had made significant contributions to the development of renewable energy technologies. He noted that extensive research on building energy systems, energy management, environmental risk assessment, radiation safety, and renewable energy technologies has been carried out since the establishment of the "Sun" Scientific Association in 1990 and the International Ecoenergy Academy in 1994.
Professor Aliyev further highlighted that the Academy has successfully organized numerous international scientific conferences and collaborative research projects in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Finland, Türkiye, Iran, Russia, Pakistan, and several CIS countries. In cooperation with Azerbaijani and international scientists, the Academy has also organized 15 International Baku Congresses, making a significant contribution to the development of ecoenergy and environmental sciences.
Today, the concepts of green energy, renewable energy, and alternative energy have become central to discussions on sustainable development worldwide. These terms refer to energy resources that are naturally replenished and contribute significantly to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and protecting the environment.
Throughout my scientific research, I have emphasized the crucial role of solar energy in urban planning, architecture, building construction, and the development of modern construction materials. The integration of renewable energy technologies into architectural design has become one of the most effective approaches to improving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
Within the framework of the economic development strategy defined by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, for the liberated territories, the transformation of these regions into a "Green Energy Zone" has been identified as one of the country's strategic priorities.
The implementation of the Green Energy Zone concept envisages:
- the generation of electricity from renewable energy sources;
- the application of comprehensive energy-efficiency measures;
- the widespread use of electric transportation;
- the installation of renewable energy systems, particularly solar panels, on rooftops of residential and public buildings;
- the use of solar-powered LED lighting systems for streets and highways;
- the application of renewable technologies for heating, cooling, and hot-water supply;
- the introduction of intelligent energy management systems based on modern digital technologies.
Several scientific and engineering projects have already been prepared to support the effective utilization of these resources. Detailed solar-energy assessment models have been developed for the regions of Lachin, Shusha, Aghdam, and Kalbajar, together with feasibility studies concerning the construction of small hydroelectric power plants utilizing local river systems.At the same time, one of the most pressing global environmental problems is the continuously increasing volume of waste generation. Addressing this challenge requires the application of modern architectural and engineering solutions based on the mathematical models and design criteria of construction physics. The implementation of nationally significant scientific and social projects is therefore essential for ensuring environmental sustainability and improving the quality of life.
The International Ecoenergy Academy actively contributes to the scientific foundations of Azerbaijan's Green Energy Policy by developing innovative approaches aimed at solving environmental problems. The Academy serves as an important scientific platform promoting energy security, sustainable development, renewable energy technologies, and environmental protection at both national and international levels.
During the conference, the President of the International Ecoenergy Academy, Professor Farhad Aliyev, Doctor of Technical Sciences, together with Ismayil Hajiyev, a doctoral researcher of the Academy, leading architect of the State Chief Design Institute "Azerdovletlayihe" under the Ministry of Emergency Situations, member of the Union of Architects and the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, member of the UNESCO International Association of Arts, and Presidential Scholarship recipient, presented their joint research project entitled "Physical Model of the Second Academic Building of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction: NASA + Methanol Program."This innovative project is expected to become the first practical initiative introducing green energy technologies into the University's second academic building, creating new opportunities for improving energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
One of the most remarkable presentations at the conference was delivered by Jalal Dadashov, a doctoral researcher of the International Ecoenergy Academy who obtained both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Coventry University (United Kingdom). His presentation, entitled "Caspian–Middle East Green Hydrogen Corridors: Evaluation of System Efficiency," attracted considerable attention from the conference participants.
The presentation focused on the strategic importance of green hydrogen production, transportation, and regional cooperation in the transition toward clean energy systems. It also emphasized the role of the Caspian region in strengthening international energy security and supporting sustainable economic development through innovative hydrogen technologies.
During the conference, a number of distinguished scientists and environmental specialists were awarded the Diploma of the International Ecoenergy Academy in recognition of their valuable contributions to environmental science, education, and sustainable development.
The award recipients included:
- Professor Sevda Ahmadova, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Head of the Department of Ecology and Nature Protection, Ganja State University;
- Professor Aynur Bayramova, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Department of Botany, Ganja State University;
- Professor Nizami Seyidaliyev, Doctor of Agrarian Sciences, Head of the Department of Ecology, Azerbaijan State Agrarian University;
- Professor Afat Mammadova, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Biology, Baku State University, Honored Teacher of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Associate Professor Humira Huseynova, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Department of Botany, Faculty of Biology, Baku State University;
- Firuza Sultanzada, Head of the Department of Environmental Education and Chairperson of the "EcoSphere" Ecological and Social Center Public Union.
- Professor Masud Afandiyev, Advisor to the Rector of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and recipient of the prestigious Humboldt Award;
- Professor Yashar Saday oghlu Ibadov, Doctor of Medical Biological Sciences, author of the scientific concept of Alternative Psychology, Academician of the Oxford United Academy, and Director of the Department of Medical Biology and Ecology of the International Ecoenergy Academy.
The conference provided an effective platform for exchanging scientific knowledge, presenting innovative research findings, and establishing new partnerships in the fields of renewable energy, environmental protection, sustainable architecture, and ecological education.
Humanity is an inseparable part of nature. Our lives, health, and future are intrinsically connected with the environment in which we live. The prosperity of future generations depends on maintaining the delicate balance between humankind and nature. Whenever this ecological balance is disturbed, the consequences are reflected in climate change, biodiversity loss, environmental degradation, and threats to human health.
For this reason, every individual has a moral and civic responsibility to protect nature, conserve biodiversity, preserve forests and wildlife, and use natural resources wisely and responsibly. Nature not only sustains life but also enriches our spiritual well-being, inspires creativity, and improves the quality of human existence.
Today, environmental protection has become one of the greatest global responsibilities of our civilization. The transition to renewable energy, the promotion of green technologies, and the implementation of environmentally friendly scientific innovations are essential for achieving sustainable development and ensuring a healthy future for humanity.
The International Ecoenergy Academy continues to make significant scientific and practical contributions to these objectives through interdisciplinary research, international cooperation, educational initiatives, and innovative projects in the fields of ecology, renewable energy, environmental engineering, and sustainable development.
Protecting the ecological balance of our planet is not solely the responsibility of governments or scientific institutions—it is a shared duty of every citizen of the world. Only through international cooperation, scientific innovation, environmental awareness, and responsible action can we preserve our common home for future generations.
Let us unite our knowledge, experience, and goodwill to safeguard our planet, protect human health, preserve biodiversity, and build a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable world.
Together, let us protect our Earth, our loved ones, and the future of humanity.
